I know we’re in a different time period, but I still appreciate the post that Sophia Vay wrote for us. She has created a very personal post where she talks about the three levels of self-awareness. I’m not sure if I believe her or not, but I’m sure I will when I re-read it and I can see the truth in her words.

The first level of self-awareness is knowing why we are doing what we are doing, and the second level is knowing how to be better. The third level is self-love.

This quote really stuck with me. I have always thought that if you are aware of your habits, routines, impulses and reactions, you’ll be able to influence them. But it turns out that we all have a lot to learn. And it’s not just the things we don’t want to do that cause us to feel bad about ourselves. Sometimes it’s the things we don’t want to do because we think that they’re wrong.

We all have things that don’t make us happy. You may have a habit like lying or cheating or being a bitch. You may have a habit like eating all of the vegetables you see. But most of us actually feel guilty about these things. The problem is that we don’t even know that we dont want to do them. And that’s why we need to work on self-love.

We all have habits that we feel guilty about. In fact, a recent survey of 1,000 people by the University of Michigan found that one-third of us secretly wish we could change one of our habits. We may not even realize we have a habit, but we feel guilty about it. In fact, research shows that people who feel guilty about their habits are much more likely to cheat on their spouses or to engage in other unhealthy behaviours.

Self-love, we think, is just another word for self-sabotage. So here’s our list of five self-sabotage habits you should work on in order to avoid getting caught.
