Today I had a wonderful and fun-filled time at the beach. It was one of the best-wish-I-had-a-sand-lot-at-a-water-park experiences I have ever had. I didn’t know what I was going to do with my life, but I knew I didn’t want to be tied down to any one career.
I’m not sure why, but I somehow ended up teaching. I was in an online class with two other women and the subject of our discussion was teaching. We were discussing how we felt about teaching a class full of teenagers, and how we would like to do it differently. Some of the girls were surprised that I had no idea about how to be a teacher.
Teaching is a difficult job. You’re not just teaching someone to read, but you have to teach them to love, respect, and care about learning. It’s a job that you have to be very passionate about. As a teacher, you have to develop a very special relationship with your students. You can’t just yell at them about something that has already been taught. You have to listen, and give them help when they need it.
The job of a teacher is to teach, so it stands to reason that its difficult to be passionate about it. I was never someone who had a lot of passion for anything, so it was refreshing to find that I really liked teaching and how hard it was.
I had a very hard time making the transition from a life that was very structured to a life that was very unstructured. In some ways, it’s hard to imagine a life without teachers and a career that often takes time away from family and friends. However, it’s also difficult to imagine a life without passion. Most people don’t have more than a brief period of time where they feel like they can do anything.
I have to do it every day to make a living and I had many days when I was just taking it day by day and never thinking about anything else but my work. However, I think it’s important to remember that the goal is not to have a life without passion. It’s just as important to have a life without passion as it is to have a life without teachers.
Passion is something that most people don’t talk about. It’s what makes them feel alive. I think it may be the only thing that most people can really get into, but thats because we tend to live in the “we’re in a hurry” part of our brain and that only allows us to focus on the things that really matter. I think that you can have a lot of passion without ever having a job or a career.
I really think that passion is the most important thing, but we don’t tend to talk about it, at least not in a way that makes it a priority. However, there are definitely ways to get into it without actually being passionate about it. If you’re looking for someone to talk with who has more passion than they do, you can try having a short conversation with an older friend. Or you can find a job that will keep you occupied for the majority of your time in college.
Thats right. Having a job or career is the #1 priority for most of us, but if you can’t find a job that will allow you to maintain your passion, then you can always maintain a passion for your other interests. One of the easiest ways to do this is to start a hobby, such as woodworking, or painting.
You can always start a hobby, but being a hobbyist is easier if you have passion. In fact, it’s much easier to get a hobby if you have a passion for it. It can be as simple as making a new cup with your neighbor that you never use, or it can be as complex as building a full-scale replica of what you imagine your favorite artist’s painting would look like.
