I got the idea for this image after seeing this classic photograph of a woman standing with a large, heavy, white garbage bag in her hand during a particularly heavy rainfall. The rain had just begun to fall. She had no idea she was in the rain. She was dressed in a light, bright yellow sundress and was holding the bag over her head like a hat.
This lady is the ACRA (American Civil Rights Association) founder and one of the most active black civil rights groups in the country. They have a website, a Facebook page, and a Twitter account. They’re dedicated to giving women the same rights, opportunities, and privileges as men and to fighting against racism in America. In fact, one of their top goals is to bring more black people into the mainstream.
In my opinion, ACRA is one of the most effective black civil rights organizations out there. It has been fighting for the rights of black women since 1968. They’ve been fighting for civil rights for black women since the 1960s.
If youve never been to the ACRA headquarters, you should check it out, it will blow your mind. They have a very impressive array of rooms and facilities, including an art gallery, a theater, and a full-blown library for black culture.
